All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Accidental purchases

  • Personal preference

  • No longer wanting the product after it has shipped or been delivered

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate solution if the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. Driftix is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen afterward. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it. We cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has begun. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
